All custom software development, consulting, and engineering services provided to clients are governed by separate, specifically negotiated Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between these Terms of Service and an executed MSA, the MSA shall take precedence.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Company IP: Unless otherwise stated, Greedy Goose LLC owns all intellectual property rights for the content, design, typography, and original code snippets present on this website. You may access this material for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to restrictions set in these terms.
